Hypodermic Tubing Chart

Hypodermic Tubing

Hypo Tubing or Hypodermic tubing dimensions are specified by gauge. Gauge size is determined by the OD (outside diameter) and the ID (inside diameter). Four Slide Products offers a wide range of tube gauges and we regularly cut and form tubular parts from 25 gauge tubing and larger. If you do not find the gauge you are looking for, please call us to discuss your requirements.

The hypodermic stainless steel tubing chart provided here lists multiple wall dimensions – including regular (RW), thin wall (TW), and extra thin wall (XT) – for welded and drawn, 304- and 316-grade stainless steel tubing in gauges 3 to 29. Hard temper is standard. Intermediate tempers and full annealing are
also available.
