Fixture Bending
We design and manufacture custom hand operated bending fixtures for small runs of tube with diameters of .020 to .625 inch. Our in house tool fabrication experts can often achieve lower tooling charges for small quantities.

Roll Bending
Roll bending can be integrated into our multi-stage tube part fabrication process, which reduces set up and tooling costs compared to other processes, such as CNC tube bending. For small tubes and hypodermic tubing, we’re able to achieve single radius bends as tight as 3 times the center line radius for tubes sized from 0.020" to 0.100" OD. Tubing is bent around different sized rollers, with the outside of each tube fully supported to minimize ovality.

Tube Coiling - Coiled Tube
We provide custom tube coiling, which is used in the fabrication of miniature heaters, thermocouple assemblies, and heat exchangers (such as cooling coils). Options include spiral, serpentine, helix, and custom tube bends. Shear cutting allows for simultaneous end forming and clean, square cut edges.
