Tube Fabricating and Bending Services
We manufacture small precision-cut tubes with bending, and end forming integrated into the fabrication process. We bend any workable alloy, sized 0.020″ to 0.375″, with single radius bends as tight as 3Xs the center line radius, cut to tight tolerances of ± 0.001″ with little OD/ID distortion, square cut edges, and minimal ovality in the bend area.

Tube Bending Services
We cut, bend, and end-form most small tubular parts in one fabrication process, using our custom tube shear cutting machines. We source all standard tube sizes and hypodermic tube gauges, and we’re able to source custom tube sizes upon request. We cut and end form all workable alloys including exotic metals.

Roll Bending
Roll bending can be integrated into our multi-stage tubular part fabrication process, which reduces set up and tooling costs compared to other processes, such as CNC tube bending. For small tubes and hypodermic tubing, we’re able to achieve single radius bends as tight as 3 times the center line radius for tubes sized from 0.020″ to 3/8″ OD. Tubing is bent around different sized rollers, with the outside of each tube fully supported to minimize ovality.

Shear-Cut, Precision-Fabricated Small Tubular Parts
We specialize in contract tube cutting of all workable alloys including stainless steel hypodermic tubing (hypotube), exotics, brass & copper. We shear cut tubular parts with no scrap or material loss between cuts. Most end forming & machining can also be accomplished during the tube cut-off process.
